No Waterfront View - feel cheated and harrassed Most bizarre and endless of customer harrassment burocracy during check-in: demanding passport, I have Gov ID from Phil city hall which they attempted to refuse, signing of 1 page of fine print, unreadable signing of deposit slip, signing of signing sheet, another form and demanded of rewriting of the address, which was already on the copied Gov ID Considerable Cash deposit of 1000 PHP which added delays on checkout Stink of laundry soap throughout hallways and rooms, can't open windows to air out, stuffy room! Facilities run down, except the pool was nice, dangerous rooms, neighbor on 36 got even electrocuted in shower. Life threatening, as the water heater did not seem to be on EFI protection Charges a hidden, non-disclosed ridiculous "Environmental Fee" a ridiculous "environmental fee" while we were choking on the smoke from burning plastic and dealing with polluted beaches. It's a complete joke! (see pictures) Lots of water toys for children, karaoke and sleep disturbing annoying lights on till after 10pm Cleaning staff shouting in hallways before 8am. Beer and drinks not in fridge but in top, so customers can enjoy drinking warm beer Needless to say, will NEVER EVER support such lousy establishments with rewarding them a revisit. You should think twice before booking this disastrous "resort?" AVOID THIS "Resort" AT ALL COSTS!" Let me be clear: this place is an absolute disaster. From the moment I stepped foot in, I was subjected the series of ridiculous and harassing demands during check-in. I felt I was checking into s prison!!! They insisted on seeing my passport despite having a valid government ID. The paperwork was endless, the fine print was impossible to read, and they even demanded that I rewrite my address, which was already clearly printed on my ID. I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Save yourself the trouble and find a decent place to stay, which we did without any checkin hassles.

We enjoyed our stay, good amenities big room with jacuzzi and very affordable price

Yung place itself ok na pero mas marami pang mas maganda na resort and front beach na. This resort is not accessible sa beach so mapapagastos na pa for cottages pag habol mo beach. Kada galaw mo dito may bayad. Mura nga pero mapapagastos ka sa huli. Games may bayad ung mga UNO etc. I would understand if yung bilyard and may bayad e pero ultimo uno card ganyan may bayad pero sa ads nila it looks like free so ma eenganyo ka. Strictly no cooking dito. Grill lang pero bawal ka mag dala ng sariling grill dapat rent ka sa kanila tas may oras pa. Pwede ka magdala ng food pero bawal kumain wa labas kung saan may table or else mag babayad ka. Tas nag ka prob pa ko sa AC ng sala namin una sabi saamin sira daw sabi ng maintenance so sabi ko bakit ipaparent samin kung under maintenance. Tas tumawag ako sa front desk to report yung issue sabi ba naman ac lang sa rooms and included sa booking namin like WFT? So pumunta ako sa front desk to talk to them personally tinanung ko anong balak nyo ipaparent nyo under maintenance tas sasabihin samin na buksan nalang pinto ng rooms para lumamis sa sala tas sasabihin pa hindi included yung AC ng sala. Nag hintay kami sa front desks to wait an answer tas sinabihan kami na binuksan na daw. Yung totoo NAG TITIPID BA KAYO SA KURYENTE??? May bfast yung binuk ko dito pero ang bfast okra, talong, tuyo at ilog. I can't believe na lumayo pako to eat those. I mean sana naman sinarapan ng kaunti yung inahin sa amin. Nagbayad pako to eat those. Di rin kamurahan ang booking fee nila ah. Plus may environment fee pa. Not recommended talaga lalo na kung family or team building or mag trotropa planning some activities. Never again.

The kid's play area was under maintenance when we visited, yet it it one of the reasons why i have booked this place. Kitchen staff were not very helpful specifically when we were ordering fod while waiting to check in. Receptions were very helpful and friendly

It's was a very good location and a big space for all of us... We enjoyed the swimming pool and the food ... We just wish that their toilet will have some hook so can hang towels and also can use when drying some clothes ... Overall we really enjoyed our 4 nights staying there... Fully recommended 👏💪

Stayed for 3d and 2n family Suite Room- The staffs are accommodating and they are generous with the pillows with cozy bed. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

2 days no stable internet connection. poor customer service especially on calling the front desk. not to recommend to go back.

예약 불찰로 방ㅈ을 바꾸려했으나 바꿔주질 않아서 큰 불편을 격었다. 어름도 돈을 받는다.
